Since we are going electronic – that is reading online without that lovely papery feel – when can we pay dues online as well? As a member who uses a different monetary unit (Canadian dollar), I’ll be delighted when I can pay online by credit card, saving a trip to my bank and prolonged discussion about international payments, not to mention the bank charge.
Any chance?
Thanks for all the hard work of volunteers on our behalf.
Happy New Year,
Fran
Hi Fran,
The AESE board has discussed setting up a CC payment method off and on for a while, but we have yet to make a decision on it. I will attempt to restart the discussion this week. As I understand the mechanics, though, it may not be cost effective for us given the low volume of charges we would be accepting.
